Waste Water Treatment

STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) is an installation building for a domestic wastewater treatment system. It treats household waste including from kitchen, used water, toilet waste, and dirty water. Waste containing heavy metals will get special processing.

Sedimentation Equipment

The problem that often occurs in sedimentation tanks is that the airlift is clogged so that mud will accumulate on the bottom of the sedimentation tank and if it is too long it will ferment and then it will float. In this condition, the scum skimmer is unable to overcome the floating mud so that the sedimentation tank will be full of mud which over time will harden.

Air Blowers

The AIR BLOWER functions as a supplier of oxygen needed by bacteria in the equalizing and aeration tanks so they don't die. When the blower is not working, the process of supplying oxygen to the equalizing, aeration, cleaning tanks surface water sedimentation and sludge return will stop and the bacteria will die and the organic matter in the waste will not be processed, causing odor.

Pumps

Pumps as water transfer equipment have a very important role. If there is a problem with the pump then flooding will occur in the object area or the offlift tube will not work properly. So the water goes to the aeration tanks and the switch pump becomes non-functional.
